How should I clean my baby’s gums and early teeth?

Even before teeth emerge, gently wipe your baby’s gums with a soft, damp cloth. Once teeth erupt, use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently at least twice daily.

When can I start using toothpaste, and how much is safe?
